近几年来我所对钢中碳硫分析是采用二乙撑三胺吸收非水溶液定碳,碘量法定硫的联合滴定方法。我们觉得二乙撑三胺对碳的吸收能力强,对高低碳都能适用,结果的重现性好,准确度高,但其滴定终点不十分明显,操作人员往往要通过一段时间习惯后才能掌握。为了解决这个问题,我们提出了自动分析的方案,得到了所党支部的大力支持。我们本着独立自主、自力更生的方针,因地制宜,自己设计,自己动手,通过多次试验,终于试制出一台碳硫自动分析仪投入生产。它的特点是:除自动滴定外,充液、加液、排废液均为自动。称好试样后只需按一下启动按扭,在规定的时间内将试样投入立式燃烧炉中,两分钟便可读数,从曲线上查得结果。现将仪器说明如后。
