一、试验目的 为了延长高速钢刃具使用寿命,提高切削效率,用气体软氮化代替硫、氮共渗的工艺方法,了解气体软氮化中各因素对不同指标的影响,摸索较好的生产条件,为此,安排了这次试验。 试片材料为W_(18)Cr_4V,尺寸20×10×15毫米,表面光洁度(?)_(10)。设备为RJJ—25型渗碳炉。 二、试验方案 1.考察指标: 氮化深度(2~4丝为好) 脆性(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级) 硬度(HV越高越好)
