提出了一种利用计算机和普通扫描仪进行焊缝的断面形状测量和处理的新方法，并介绍了作者开发的焊缝图像处理软件的使用。该软件可方便地测量焊缝的轮廓形状，并可给出焊缝形状的拟合二次曲线方程，为全面准确地描述焊缝形状提供参考。
A new method of measuring and processing the cross-section shape of the weld using computer and ordinary scanner is presented. The application of the weld image processing software developed by the author is introduced. The software can measure the contour shape of the weld easily and give the fitted conic equation of the weld shape, providing a reference for describing the weld shape completely and accurately.
