改造LK——1型铲运机,以降低其污染水平,对我国某些使用这种设备的矿山具有重要的意义。本文介绍了这一课题的研究成果。试验表明,用修改后的国产6105K—2型柴油机取代原机SW——400型柴油机和研制成的Bg81——4催化净化箱、Bg81——2水洗净化箱等取代原机的相应装置,取得了良好的效果,保持了原机的工作性能,达到了我国有关部门的排污标准。
Modification of LK - 1 scraper to reduce its pollution level is of great significance to some mines in China that use this kind of equipment. This article describes the research results of this topic. Experiments show that the modified domestic 6105K-2 diesel engine to replace the original machine SW - 400 diesel engine and developed Bg81 - 4 catalytic purification boxes, Bg81 - A good effect, maintaining the original machine performance, reached the relevant departments of China’s sewage standards.
