盐酸强力霉素片剂的疗效不一致,但文献仅见胶囊剂的生物利用度与溶出速度研究结果[J Pharm Sci 64(12):2015,1975;C A 83:168390q,1975],我们在强力霉素片剂生物等效性研究中对三家药厂生产的6批片剂及一种对照用胶囊进行溶出速度测定。采用自制循环式溶出仪[医药工业(2):38,1981]及转篮式溶出仪,介质为0.1N HCl,前者用量800ml,流量50ml/分,后者用量900ml,转速25转/分,在37℃测定,分析方法用紫外分光法(268nm)。从2种仪器、7个制剂各测5次的实验结果看,以溶出残余百分率的对数与时间作图,可拟合成直线,各回归方程的相关系数绝对值大于0.9900者55次,大于0.9800者19次,其余8次大
