据《中国南方果树》2013年第6期《采前和采后外源水杨酸处理对金柑果实生理的影响》(作者邓光宙等)报道,为研究水杨酸在金柑贮藏保鲜中的作用,以阳朔金柑为试材,在采前和采后两个时期采用不同浓度水杨酸处理,以清水处理为对照,对室温贮藏过程中金柑果实的腐烂率以及部分抗氧化物酶活性进行测定。结果表明,以水杨酸采前喷树冠或采后浸泡果实均可对金柑果实CAT、SOD和POD活性产生显著影响。采前喷树冠,水杨酸0.5 mmol/L
