徐锡麟,浙江山阴人。1904年在上海参加光复会,宣传革命思想,两年后来安庆秘谋革命,1907年与秋瑾密建光复军,约定于7月8日乘安徽巡警学堂举行毕业典礼之机起义。后因人告密毕业典礼提前,徐锡麟临危不惧,毅然率先拔枪射击主持典礼的安微巡抚恩铭,宣告革命党起义。徐锡麟等因弹尽被捕,在法庭上他大义凛然,痛斥清朝反动统治。当夜被杀身剖心,就义于抚署东辕门外。
Xu Xilin, Zhejiang Shanyin people. In 1904, he participated in the Light Restoration Society in Shanghai to publicize revolutionary ideas. Two years later, Anqing conspired for revolution. In 1907, he established a joint restoration army with Qiu Jin and promised to hold a graduation ceremony on July 8 by the Anhui Patrol School. After the informer graduation ceremony was held in advance, Xu Tilin was in no danger of attacking him. He resolutely took the lead in shooting the gunman An Min, who was the presiding judge, and declared the revolutionary party uprising. Xu Tilin and other detained by the shells were arrested in court, his righteousness awe, denounced the reactionary rule of the Qing Dynasty. The night was killed in the heart, on the meaning of the Department of East House door outside.
