本世纪初期,国民党在欧洲的组织之所以能顺利的成立和迅速的发展,与周恩来卓越的领导是分不开的。它不仅开创了当时欧洲大陆国共合作的新局面,在理论上为我党日后制定出一整套完备的统一战线理论和策略方针提供了重要的理论依据,而且,培养和造就了一批国共两党的重要干部,为日后推动国内的第一次国共合作的发展起了十分重要作用。
