根据中、日系8个原种的完全双列杂交试验和遗传分析结果,家蚕的虫蛹率、全茧量、茧层量、茧层率4个性状同时受基因的加性和显性效应控制;万蚕产茧量和万蚕产茧层量2个性状的显性效应大于加性效应。茧层率具胞质效应,表现不完全显性,其他5个性状均为超显性。狭义遗传力以茧层率最高,万蚕产茧量和万蚕产茧层量最低。有效基因群以虫蛹率和茧层率最多,为10—12个,其他均在4—6个之间。全茧量、茧层量和茧层率不存在基因的上位效应,而其他3个性状存在非等位基因间的互作。6个性状的显性均为增效作用。
According to the results of complete diallel cross test and genetic analysis of 8 Chinese and Japanese isolates, the silkworm larvae pupae rate, total cocoon amount, cocoon shell amount and cocoon shell rate were controlled by both additive and dominant effects ; Dian Wan silkworm cocoon production and cocoon silkworm production of two traits of the dominant effect is greater than the additive effect. Cocoon layer rate with cytoplasmic effect, the performance is not completely dominant, the other five traits are super-dominant. Narrow sense of heritability to the highest level of cocoon, silkworm cocoon production and the amount of cocoon silkworm lowest. The effective population of pupae in the rate and cocoon shell rate up to 10-12, the others are between 4-6. The amount of cocoon, the amount of cocoon layer and the cocoon shell rate did not exist epistatic effects, while the other three traits exist non-allelic interactions. The dominance of six traits are all synergistic effects.
