2012年12月3日,教育部在云南省普洱市召开了东部10个职业教育集团与滇西10州市战略合作座谈会。今年上半年,在教育部协调下,10个东部职业教育集团与滇西10所职业学校签署了对口合作协议,半年来,双方在师资培训、专业建设、合作办学、共建实训基地等方面取得显著成果。为更好地促进对口合作向更大范围、更高层次、更宽领域拓展,决定将对口合作由学校层面扩大到州市层面,合作内容提升到协助
