Q3110抛丸机所用衬板和护板按说明书规定材料应为特种铸铁。由于这种铸铁需要特殊配料和熔炼,一般均由定点厂生产,往往产生供货脱节问题而影响生产,成本也高,而且铸铁衬板和护板脆性大,变形后无法校直,若用螺栓压紧时易从螺孔处断裂。我们曾采用外购的左侧衬板,左托衬板和厚度为5~6毫米的A3钢制的右侧衬板、右托衬板在机器上作对比试验。发现了A3钢制的衬(托)板的使用寿命并不比用特种铸铁制的衬(托)板低,而且成本只有特种铸铁的1/3,同时来源方便。现在我厂Q3110抛丸机上的左、右侧衬板,左、右托衬板,左、右角衬板,底衬板,左、右衬板,圆形板和长护板等均已改用A3钢板,这一改进
