一、前言“七五”期间,我国汽车工业将有较快的发展,所以需要大量的汽车专用钢材弹簧扁钢。为适应形势发展的需要,鞍钢决定由鞍钢焊管厂试制8×76弹簧扁钢,以填补鞍钢新产品项目中的空白。根据协议规定,8×76弹簧扁钢的化学成分为:C0.56～0.64％,Si1.50～2.0％,Mn0.60～0.90％,P≤0.040％,S≤0.040％,Cr≤0.35％,Ni≤0.35％,Cu≤0.25％。总脱碳层(铁素体+过渡层)深度:每边不得超过表1中的数字。机械性能应符合表2。硬度的要求应符合表3。低倍组织的检验在钢的横向酸浸试片上检查时,不得有缩孔、裂缝、分层、
