随着现代管理理论的发展,项目管理不再只是一种管理方法,还是一门学科体系,由于大型工程具有工期长、投资大等特点,对于大型工程项目的管理要求更趋于系统化、科学化。工程决策贯穿于大型工程建设全过程,是工程项目管理的核心,具有时序性、长效性和不确定性等特征,如何产生科学、合理、有效的决策方案是大型工程建设项目管理的重要任务。本文主要分析了大型工程决策的适应性思维,并对其适应性决策管理模式进行了探讨,以期为提高决策的科学性和有效性提供依据。
