长期以来,医院将白求恩精神作为医德医风建设的典范,结合形势教育、主题活动的开展等多种形式来加强医务人员思想教育,取得了一定的实效。然而,思想教育只有与时俱进,创新观念,拓展白求恩精神在医务人员思想教育中新的时代内涵,才能使思想教育更好地起到凝聚人心、鼓舞斗志的作用。本文从思想教育观念创新之意义、基本内涵、实现途径等方面,对医务人员思想教育观念创新做一探讨。
For a long time, the hospital has taken Bethune’s spirit as a model for building a medical ethics and medical ethics, and has made some achievements in strengthening the ideological education of medical personnel in various forms such as situation education and the carrying out of theme activities. However, only by advancing with the times, innovating concepts and expanding Bethune’s new connotation in medical personnel’s ideological education, ideological education can make ideological education better serve to unite people and inspire morale. This essay explores the concept of medical personnel’s ideological education from the aspects of the meaning, basic connotation and ways of realizing ideological education innovation.
