党的十五大报告指出;“我国现代化建设的进程,在很大程度上取决于国民素质的提高和人才资源的开发。”面对21世纪知识经济时代的来临,我国提高国民素质特别是劳动者的素质已摆到重要日程,并引起全党的高度重视。在我国女性人口占总人口的一半,女性人口文化素质的高低直接影响到整个国民素质的提高,影响现代化建设的进程。因此探讨知识经济与女性文化素质的关系,分析内陆区落后的文盲状况,对于内陆区尽快发展经济摆脱贫困,迎接知识经济的挑战,促进我国现代化建设具有十分重要的意义。
The report of the 15th National Party Congress pointed out: “The process of our country’s modernization depends to a large extent on the improvement of the quality of the people and the development of human resources.” In the face of the advent of the 21st century knowledge-based economy, The quality of the workers has been put on an important agenda and has aroused the great attention of the entire party. In our country, the female population accounts for half of the total population. The cultural quality of the female population directly affects the improvement of the quality of the entire nation and the process of modernization. Therefore, to explore the relationship between knowledge-based economy and women’s cultural quality and to analyze the illiterate situation in the hinterland are of great significance to the hinterland as soon as possible to develop economy out of poverty, meet the challenge of knowledge-based economy and promote the modernization of our country.
