本文用ICR小鼠,在右耳下腺区皮下接种S_(180)腹水瘤细胞,作为移植瘤实验模型,随机分组后接受国产厌氧棒状杆菌菌苗(CC—7626株)及平阳霉素(PYM)联合治疗(CC于D_7、D_(13)和D_(19),瘤内注射0.6mg;PYM于D_8~D_(12)和D_(14)~D_(18),腹腔注射10mg/kg)以及对照治疗比较,以提供头颈部恶性肿瘤免疗—化疗联合应用的部分实验依据。结果提示:CC—PYM 联合治疗能产生明显的增强效应(q=1.15),抑瘤率达77.55%;且可提高小鼠肝、脾的脏器系数及腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能;病理检查提供了部分联合增强效应的形态学证据;7个月后仅存部分曾接受过 CC或 CC联合 PYM 治疗的小鼠,它们对第二次肿瘤接种均排斥,说明体内较长时期仍能维持抗肿瘤的伴随免疫效应。
In this study, S_180 ascites tumor cells were inoculated subcutaneously in the subacute area of the right ear with ICR mice as an experimental model of xenograft tumors.
