目的:通过对茂名卫生学校毕业生职业发展调研分析,为构建一个可操作、可重复、可复制、效果明显的德育模式提供理论依据,以达到提高中等职业学校德育工作的效能。方法:问卷调查,了解毕业生就业成功因素、心理压力、人际关系、医德医风、自我评价、个人价值、德育成效等。结果:从数据上显示中职生在进行职业规划时大部分是比较茫然的;用人单位对求职者的综合素质要求较高,心理压力大、个人评价不高,对护士职业的理解及价值确认度不高,认为学生行为规范教育成效不高。讨论:应注重师资培养,加强中职生职业生涯规划教育和就业指导,增强学生的自信心,提高学生的自我评价能力,从心理素质、道德认知及个体素质的培养、实践学习中提高德育综合素质。
OBJECTIVE: To provide a theoretical basis for constructing an operable, repeatable, replicable and effective moral education model through the investigation and analysis of career development of Maoming health school graduates in order to improve the effectiveness of moral education in secondary vocational schools. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted to find out the factors of successful employment, psychological stress, interpersonal relationship, medical ethics, self-evaluation, personal value and moral education. Results: Most of the data of vocational students show that occupational planning is mostly at a loss. The employers have higher requirements on the overall quality of job seekers, psychological pressure, personal evaluation is not high, the understanding and value of nursing profession Degree is not high, that the behavior of students standardized education is not effective. Discussion: Emphasis should be laid on teacher training, career planning education and employment guidance for secondary vocational students, enhancing students ’self-confidence, improving students’ self-evaluation ability, and raising moral education from the aspects of psychological quality, moral cognition and individual quality training and practice learning Comprehensive quality.
