本文概述了本钢一铁厂1号高炉热风炉热媒式余热回收装置的工艺设计及其运行状况.该装置选用YD—300导热油作热媒,受热侧和放热侧分离设置, 可同时预热空气和煤气.至今运行了一年半多,运行稳定可靠,煤气预热温度达125℃,空气预热温度达149℃,每小时可回收8400MJ的废气热量,每吨生铁回收热量为229MJ.采用热媒装置预热煤气和空气后,热风炉的热效率可提高7%.
