鞍钢2号高炉自1974年到1986年先后两次采用汽化冷却工艺,取得了很好的经济效益,节水、节电效果均显著。在鞍钢水、电资源缺乏的情况下,高炉汽化冷却工艺应进一步发展和完善,以便向其他高炉推广。笔者主要叙述和分析了鞍钢2号高炉第二代汽化冷却系统的改进措施及其损坏原因,为进一步完善汽化冷却工艺,提高经济效益提供了可借鉴的意见。
Anshan Iron and Steel 2 blast furnace from 1974 to 1986, has twice using vaporization cooling technology, and achieved good economic benefits, water-saving, energy-saving effect is significant. In Anshan Iron and steel, lack of electricity resources, the blast furnace gasification cooling process should be further developed and improved in order to promote to other blast furnace. The author mainly describes and analyzes the improvement measures and the reasons for the damage to the second generation of the Vaporization Cooling System of No.2 BF in Anshan Iron and Steel Group and provides some suggestions for further improving the vaporization and cooling technology and improving the economic benefits.
