党支部开展批评要坚持以人为本,充分体现解放人、尊重人、发展人的科学理念。当前,基层党支部在开展批评时,有的貌似团结和谐,实则一团和气,要么好人主义盛行,东拉西扯,不着边际;要么斗风太甚,伤害感情;要么冷场应对,草草收兵。这不仅不利于营造和谐共事的氛围,增进班子团结,也成为阻碍党支部全面协调健康发展的重要瓶颈。
