建立了两种未标记酶免疫细胞化学染色的半定量显微分光光度法——点测量和区域扫描测量法,测定正常和受到电击足底刺激的大鼠下丘脑内加压素样神经元胞体的加压素样物质含量。结果提示这两种方法对研究特定的组织(如某个神经核团)乃至单个细胞内特定物质的含量变化有一定意义。并对这两种方法的特点作了比较。
Two semi-quantitative microspectrophotometric methods, dot-measurement and zone-scan method, were established for the immunocytochemical staining of unlabelled enzyme to determine the hypothalamic-vasopressin-like neuron soma Of vasopressin-like substance content. The results suggest that these two methods have certain significance for the study of the changes of the content of specific substances in specific tissues (such as a nerve nucleus) and even in a single cell. The characteristics of these two methods are compared.
