新中国诞生５０年来，我国社会经济结构发生了深刻地变化，社会生产力大大提高，综合国力日益增强，人民教育文化医疗生活水平不断提高，国家财政预算收支规模分别从１９５０年的６５１９亿元和６８０８亿元发展到１９９９年的１０８０９４亿元和１２３１２４３亿元。
In the 50 years since the birth of New China, the social and economic structure of our country has undergone profound changes. The productivity of the society has risen greatly. The overall national strength has been steadily increasing. The people’s educational, cultural and medical living standards have been continuously improved. The scale of state budget revenue and expenditure has respectively increased from 651.9 billion in 1950 Yuan and 6.880 billion yuan to 1080.94 billion yuan and 123.1243 billion yuan in 1999.
