潍坊白浪河摩天轮是世界上首次采用编织网格形式的无轴式摩天轮,其施工采用搭设临时支撑体系的高空散装法。为保证施工的顺利进行,用MIDAS建立了潍坊白浪河摩天轮结构的有限元模型,对结构施工进行全过程模拟分析,绘出结构不同施工步下的最大应力曲线,以及部分节点在考虑路径效应的计算方法和一次性加载计算方法下的位移对比曲线。对施工过程中的摩天轮和临时支撑体系的应力进行跟踪监测,并与计算结果进行对比验证。结果表明,计算结果与监测结果吻合较好,变化趋势一致,证明了有限元模拟的正确性。
Weifang Bai Langhe Ferris wheel is the world’s first non-axis Ferris wheel braided grid form, the construction of temporary support system set up by the high-altitude bulk method. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the construction, the finite element model of the structure of the Ferris wheel at the Bai Lang River in Weifang was established by using MIDAS. The whole process of structure construction was simulated and analyzed. The maximum stress curve under different construction steps was plotted. The calculation method and one-time load calculation under the displacement contrast curve. The stress of the Ferris wheel and the temporary support system during the construction process are tracked and monitored, and compared with the calculated results. The results show that the calculated results are in good agreement with the monitoring results and the changing trend is consistent, which proves the correctness of the finite element simulation.
