半蒸半煮又名一锅鲜,是融炖杂鱼与玉米面和白洋淀里长的菱角米面、鸡头米面等合成的饼子于一锅。传说有一次,乾隆皇帝乘龙舟游览白洋淀,忽遇狂风大作,淀水掀起大浪,将龙舟刮翻,乾隆落水。随行侍卫慌忙下水抢救,可捞不到乾隆。恰时一位名叫李登龙的渔民小伙子在此打鱼,他水性极好,跳下水不大工夫就将乾隆救了上来。这时的乾隆混身精湿,连冷带惊吓得浑身直打颤。李登龙的家就在附近,他把乾隆带到自己家中为乾隆换上干净的衣服,乾隆才觉暖和多了。折腾了大半天,乾隆饥饿了,要吃饭。
