预激综合征(简称预激)伴快速型室上性心律失常,由于在诊断和治疗上的困难,已成为心脏急症中的一个重要课题。特别是多条附加通道的存在更增加了心律失常发生机制的复杂性;抗心律失常药物的电生理作用亦为复杂。因此治疗中如选药不当,可造成严重后果。本文结合临床观察2例,谈谈预激伴快速型室上性心律失常治疗的体会。
Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome (pre-excitation) with rapid supraventricular arrhythmia, due to the difficulties in diagnosis and treatment, has become an important issue in cardiac emergency. In particular, the presence of multiple additional channels increases the complexity of the mechanism of arrhythmia; the electrophysiological effects of antiarrhythmic drugs are also complex. Therefore, improper treatment of drugs, can have serious consequences. In this paper, clinical observation of 2 cases, talk about pre-excitation with supraventricular tachyarrhythmia treatment experience.
