8焊条属于3型,适用于焊接“A”类奥氏体耐热鋼,热安定鋼、不绣鋼及“A”类特种结构鋼。这种焊条也适用于在合金鋼上面焊接双层金属结构(MCT3+08X12),工件焊后不需进行热处理。我厂主要是用来焊接工作温度约1000℃左右的锅鑪过热器蛇形管夹箍,材料为X_(20)H_(14)C_2(211)。 -8焊条的鋼芯为CBX_25H_20,涂料中有大理石、螢石、锰铁、硅铁和二氧化钛。其焊缝金属的化学成份
