本文利用Altera公司的FPGA和EDA工具MAX+plusⅡ和实现了基本的边界扫描结构电路,利用此设计可以满足数字电路系统可测性设计和在系统配置(In-SystemConfiguration)的要求。
In this paper, Altera’s FPGA and EDA tools MAX + plus II and the implementation of the basic boundary-scan structure of the circuit, the design can be used to meet the design requirements of digital circuit system design and system configuration (In-SystemConfiguration) requirements.
