[目的]观察中西医结合治疗周围性面瘫的疗效。[方法]应用中西医结合治疗方法,口服强的松片,静脉注射肌氨肽苷,肌肉注射维生素B_1,维生素B_(12)并结合汤药和针灸。[结果]48例中,痊愈20例,占41.67%;显效22例,占45.83%;有效5例,占10.4%;无效1例,占2.1%,总有效率为97.9%。[结论]中西医结合治疗面瘫疗效显著。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on peripheral facial paralysis. [Methods] Integrative Chinese and Western medicine treatment methods, oral prednisone tablets, intravenous injection of muscle aminopeptidase, intramuscular injection of vitamin B_1, vitamin B_ (12) and combined with decoction and acupuncture. [Result] In 48 cases, 20 cases were cured, accounting for 41.67%; 22 cases were markedly effective, accounting for 45.83%; 5 cases were effective, accounting for 10.4%; 1 case was ineffective, accounting for 2.1% and the total effective rate was 97.9%. [Conclusion] Integrative treatment of facial paralysis has a significant effect.
