图书馆是信息资源中心,特别是高等职业院校图书馆,因其馆藏技术性、实用性强,一直在我国职业教育中发挥着举足轻重的作用。信息网络技术的迅猛发展对图书馆信息服务形成了巨大冲击。本文在分析传统图书馆服务弊端、信息化网络化对传统图书馆的冲击以及新形势对图书馆服务新要求的基础上,分析了新形势下图书馆服务的转型方式。并以湖州职业技术学院图书馆转型升级为例,总结了其该图书馆服务创新的举措,说明了其服务创新的效果,分析了仍存在的问题和完善措施,阐述了在信息化网络化的新背景下,图书馆工作人员要以读者中心、以服务为根本,通过提高自身素质、转变服务理念,才能让图书馆更好地发挥其信息资源中心的作用。
Library is the information resource center, especially higher vocational college library, because of its collection of technical and practical, has always played a decisive role in the vocational education in our country. The rapid development of information network technology has brought a huge impact on the library information service. Based on the analysis of the disadvantages of traditional library services, the impact of information network on traditional libraries and the new requirements of library services in the new situation, this paper analyzes the transformation methods of library services in the new situation. Taking the transformation and upgrading of Huzhou Vocational and Technical College Library as an example, this paper summarizes the innovation of this library service, explains its service innovation effect, analyzes the remaining problems and perfecting measures, expounds that in the network of informationization Under the new background, the library staff should rely on the reader center and service as the fundamental, and improve the quality of the library and change the service concept so that the library can better play the role of its information resource center.
