目的分析嘉兴市2009—2015年麻疹流行病学特征。方法对嘉兴市2009—2015年麻疹监测数据进行分析。结果 2009—2015年嘉兴市报告麻疹疑似病例1 832例,其中麻疹809例,报告年均发病率为2.65/10万,其中2009年发病率最高(4.90/10万),2011年发病率最低(0.42/10万);报告排除病例951例,排除病例报告年均发生率为3.68/10万,各年度麻疹排除病例报告发生率均>2/10万;报告麻疹暴发疫情17起(40例)。2009—2015年所有麻疹疑似病例48 h内完整调查率、标本采集率、3 d内标本送达率和7 d内结果报告率均在95.00%以上;除2009年外,各年度麻疹疑似病例48 h内完整调查率、标本采集率、3 d内标本送达率和7 d内结果报告率均在90.00%以上。流行特征分析表明,麻疹发病主要集中在3—5月,主要分布在0岁~和20~<45岁年龄段,职业以散居儿童、农民、工人、民工、家务及待业为主。结论嘉兴市麻疹监测各项工作运转良好,应继续采取针对性措施提高麻疹监测系统的敏感性、特异性和及时性。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of measles in Jiaxing from 2009 to 2015. Methods Measles surveillance data from 2009 to 2015 in Jiaxing City were analyzed. Results A total of 1 832 measles cases were reported in Jiaxing City from 2009 to 2015, of which 809 were measles. The average annual incidence was 2.65 / 100 000, with the highest incidence in 2009 (4.90 / 100 000) and the lowest incidence in 2011 0.42 / 100000); 951 cases were excluded from the report, the annual average rate of excluded cases was 3.68 / 100,000, and the incidence of measles cases was> 2 / 100,000 in each year; 17 cases of measles outbreak were reported (40 cases) . The complete investigation rate, specimen collection rate, the delivery rate of specimens within 3 days and the result reporting rate within 7 days were above 95.00% in all cases of suspected measles cases in 2009-2015. Conclusion The monitoring of measles in Jiaxing is working well and should continue to take targeted measures to improve the sensitivity, specificity and timeliness of the measles monitoring system.
