万能杆件可多次重复使用,根据施工对象的不同重量和尺寸,设计组合成不同起重量和大小规格尺寸不同的龙门式专用起重机,是一种大型临时施工设施。尤其适用于铁路、高速公路及大型桥梁的架设。南昌生米大桥是全长3880m,宽35m特大型连续二跨228m钢管拱桥。施工过程中,首次采用了大型万能杆件拼装式龙门吊架设钢管拱。下面以MQ220t万能杆件拼装式龙门起重机为例,介绍其在架设特大桥梁工程中的应用及其安全检验。
