本文以社会学为视角,对社会管理创新的时代背景进行分析,并基于对检察机关参与社会管理创新的理性思考,结合工作实践,探索有效的检察途径。
From the perspective of sociology, this paper analyzes the background of social management innovation and bases on the rational thinking of procuratorial organs participating in the innovation of social management, and explores the effective ways of procuratorial work in light of work practice.
