自吡虫啉为代表的新烟碱类杀虫剂问世以来,由于药效高、作用机制新颖,引起了国内外广泛关注。新烟碱化合物作用于昆虫体内烟酸乙酰胆碱受体,它与常规杀虫剂如拟除虫菊酯类、有机磷类和氨基甲酸酯类没有交互抗性,因而可用于抗性治理。土壤半衰期短,对鸟类、鱼和多种有益节肢动物安全。本重点实验室设计合成了顺式烟碱化合物,初步的室内活性测试表明一些化合物的活性显著高于吡虫啉和啶虫脒,其中一个化合物(实验编号:IPP44)具有非常显著的生物活性,其活性数据为:稻飞虱(LC_(50)=12mg/L),菜蚜(LC_(50)=2.0mg/L),烟粉虱(LC_(50)=0.92mg/L),桃蚜(LC_(50)=0.76mg/L)。本文中采用C18 HPLC色谱柱,以甲醇:水(梯度洗脱)为流动相,以265nm为检测波长检测了该顺式烟碱化合物。其结果表明,该高效液相色谱法的标准偏差为0.00103,变异系数为0.1042%,相关系数为0.99995,平均回收率为99.86%。高效液相色谱法测定顺式烟碱含量,具有分离完全、峰形好、线性范围宽,精密度和准确度高等特点,是顺式烟碱原药较为理想的分析方法。
Since the advent of neonicotinoid pesticides represented by imidacloprid, due to its high potency and novel mechanism of action, it has attracted widespread attention both at home and abroad. Neonicotinoid compounds act on nicotinic acetylcholine receptors in insects and are resistant to conventional treatments such as pyrethroids, organophosphates and carbamates. Short soil half-life, safe for birds, fish and many beneficial arthropods. The key laboratories have designed and synthesized cis-nicotine compounds. The preliminary indoor activity tests showed that some of the compounds were significantly more active than imidacloprid and imidacloprid. One of the compounds (IPP44) had a very significant bioactivity and its activity The data were as follows: planthopper (LC 50 = 12 mg / L), cabbage aphid (LC 50 = 2.0 mg / L) and whitefly (LC 50 = 0.92 mg / L) (50) = 0.76 mg / L). In this paper, C18 HPLC column with methanol: water (gradient elution) as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength of 265nm of the cis-nicotine compound. The results showed that the standard deviation of HPLC was 0.00103, the coefficient of variation was 0.1042%, the correlation coefficient was 0.99995, the average recovery was 99.86%. Determination of cis-nicotine by HPLC with the characteristics of complete separation, good peak shape, wide linear range, high precision and high accuracy is an ideal analytical method for cis-nicotine.
