为评价心肌灌注断层显像定量分析多种表示法在诊断冠心病(CAD)中灵敏度、特异性和准确性的差异,对11例正常人和22例 CAD 患者进行了运动态和延迟态(201)~Tl 心肌 SPECT 显像,并均进行了靶心法、圆周剖面法、四片法和四片求积法的心肌显像定量分析。结果诊断 CAD 的灵敏度、特异性和准确性:靶心法为87.5%、88.3%和88.0%;圆周剖面法为93.0%、91.0%和91.8%;四片法为93.5%、92.5%和92.99%;四片求积法为97.6%、95.1%和96.1%。4种表示法的灵敏度、特异性和准确性差异无显著性(P>0.05)。因此,应从所要观察的不同侧面和角度去选择相应的定量方法,才能提高临床诊断能力。
To assess the sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of various representations for the quantitative assessment of myocardial perfusion imaging in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease (CAD), 11 healthy subjects and 22 CAD patients underwent kinematic and delayed (201 ) ~ Tl myocardial SPECT imaging, and were carried out bull’s-eye method, the circumferential section method, four-piece method and quadruple quadrature myocardial imaging quantitative analysis. Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of CAD were 87.5%, 88.3% and 88.0%, respectively. The circumferential cross sections were 93.0%, 91.0% and 91.8% respectively. The four methods were 93.5%, 92.5% and 92.99% The quadruple quadrature method is 97.6%, 95.1% and 96.1%. There was no significant difference in the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the four kinds of representations (P> 0.05). Therefore, we should choose the appropriate quantitative method from the different aspects and perspectives to be observed in order to improve the ability of clinical diagnosis.
