对于插嘴现象,教师们常常又爱又恨、左右为难。爱的是这样课堂气氛才显得活跃,学生的思维得到了有效的激发。恨的是永远有那么一两个学生不分场合、不论时间,教师的问题话音未落,学生就抢着即兴表达,有时比教学过程快一拍喊出答案,还未待其他学生有思考的时间;有时甚至偏离了教学主题,漫无边际地瞎扯。针对学生的插嘴现象需要做出理性的思考,采取行之有效的对策,既要稳定课堂秩序,又不能挫伤这部分学生的积极
