本文探讨了稀土元素钇的添加对粉冶钼烧结性能和室温拉伸性能的影响,试验是在钼粉中添加0.58wt%的氢化钇粉未(经烧结后,坯料内钇的含量为0.56wt%)后进行烧结并研究其烧结性能,尔后研究了经烧结、轧制等工序制成的0.25mm片材的室温拉伸性能,并与普通钼片和高纯钼片进行对比。试验结果表明:Mo-0.56Y合金可以在1600℃氢气中烧结,比纯钼的烧结温度降低约100—150℃;该材料具有良好的加工性能,轧制过程中无边裂、无分层和起皮现象;消除应力态片材的室温延伸率达14%,是普通纯钼的两倍多;随着热处理温度的提高,其室温延伸率几乎呈直线上升,经1400℃/1h真空热处理后,其室温延性达37%。
In this paper, the effects of rare earth element yttrium on the sintering properties of molybdenum and molybdenum and the tensile properties at room temperature were investigated.
