转化后进生历来是令教师十分头疼的事。“后进生”一般指学习或品行较差的学生。在教学中我们要根据他们后进的原因,对症下药,并注意逐渐巩固疗效。下面谈一谈我在这几年教学生涯中揣摩出来的一点体会。
