随着医疗卫生事业的发展,护理人员供不应求。全国高职护理教育事业发展迅猛,为了培养高质量的高职护理人才,必须认识到当前高职教育护理学生的特点和培养目标,从而制定针对性的教学方法。本篇论文是从我国的高职高专护理教育的实际情况出发,对高职护理学生的学习特点进行了探讨与分析,提出了相应的教学方法,为高职护理教育的改革和发展提供了理论依据。
With the development of medical and health care, nursing staff in short supply. In order to cultivate high-quality nursing talents in higher vocational colleges, we must recognize the characteristics and training objectives of current nursing students in higher vocational education so as to formulate targeted teaching methods. Based on the actual situation of nursing education in higher vocational colleges in our country, this paper discusses and analyzes the learning characteristics of nursing students in higher vocational schools and puts forward corresponding teaching methods, which provide the reform and development of nursing education in higher vocational schools Theoretical basis.
