当中国的领导阶层恢复私有产权的合法地位,积极建设社会主义市场经济这一混合产物时,他们不仅打开了商品房发展的大门,也为新的权利逻辑的产生创造了条件,新的权利逻辑是由个人财产和私有产权来决定的。在2000年春季,在中国政府完全放开城市住房买卖之后,也是政府取消毛泽东时代公有住房分配方式两年之后,我们采用小组访谈的方式,让一些上海居民探讨新近出现的权利逻辑问题。我们从这些小组讨论中看到,尽管新的城市产权制度在迅速形成,上海居民依靠的仍然是同国家社会主义时期和前共产党时代的家庭主义联系在一起的道德考虑。
When China’s leadership restored the legal status of private property rights and actively built a mixed product of socialist market economy, they not only opened the door to the development of commercial housing but also created conditions for the emergence of new logic of right which By the personal property and private property to decide. In the spring of 2000, after the Chinese government completely let go of urban housing transactions and two years after the government canceled the distribution of public housing in the Mao Zedong era, we used a group interview to let some Shanghai residents explore the newly emerging logic of entitlement. From these panel discussions, we see that, despite the rapid formation of a new urban property system, Shanghai residents rely on the ethical considerations associated with the nationalism and pre-communist familialism.
