我国北方地区分布着大片的季节性冻土及永冻土地区。由于冻土受季节的影响,冬季冻胀,春节融化,沉陷变形,经常造成大量的房屋冻胀破坏。几年来我所在上级党委领导下,在国家建委建筑科学研究院的指导下,在大量调查和试验的基础上,对地基土的冻胀性和基础的埋深问题,以及冻胀土地区房屋冻害与防治的问题,进行了试验研究,取得了一定成果,现简介如下。一、地基土的冻胀分类依照地基土冻胀性的大小,及其对建筑物的危害程度,可将地基土分成四类:1.不冻胀:一般 Kd(冻胀系数)<1%,在自然条件下,有时地面呈冻
