近日,国务院发布“十二五”控制温室气体排放工作方案。方案要求,在“十二五”期间,我国将大幅度降低单位国内生产总值二氧化碳排放,加快建立温室气体排放统计核算体系。
Recently, the State Council promulgated the “Twelfth Five-Year” plan for controlling greenhouse gas emissions. The program requires that during the “12th Five-Year Plan”, China will substantially reduce its carbon dioxide emissions per unit of GDP and accelerate the establishment of a statistical accounting system for greenhouse gas emissions.
