外敷消炎散是中西医结合治疗急性腹膜炎的辅助药物,在服中药的同时于腹壁上外敷该药,以加强对急性腹膜炎的治疗。我院从六十年代起沿用至今。国外对我国用中药外敷糊剂治疗兰尾炎的奇特疗效发生兴趣。但外敷中药治疗急腹症的作用机制鲜为人们所研究。本文目的是通过腹壁外敷消炎散观察小鼠胃肠道推进功能、汤壁血流量、腹膜吸收功能及其作用机制。
External application of anti-inflammatory powder is an adjuvant medicine for the treatment of acute peritonitis in combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. It is applied on the abdominal wall topically while taking traditional Chinese medicine to strengthen the treatment of acute peritonitis. Our institute has been in use since the 1960s. Foreign countries are interested in the peculiar curative effect of Chinese herbal medicine with external application of the paste. However, the mechanism of external application of traditional Chinese medicine for acute abdomen is rarely studied by people. The purpose of this article is to observe the advancing function of gastrointestinal tract, blood flow of turbinate wall, absorption function of peritoneum, and the mechanism of action through the external application of Xiaoyansan.
