采用普通显微镜、电子显微镜和细胞电泳方法研究7β-羟基胆固醇双琥珀酸单酯钠(RS 034)对艾氏腹水癌细胞形态和超微结构的影响及其动态过程。结果表明RS 034能直接作用于艾氏腹水癌细胞膜结构,甚至能严重损伤肿瘤细胞。该作用出现迅速而持久,可能是RS 034抗肿瘤作用的机制之一。
The effects of 7β-hydroxycholesteryl monosodium succinate (RS 034) on the morphology and ultrastructure of Ehrlich ascites carcinoma cells were studied by ordinary microscopy, electron microscopy and cell electrophoresis. The results showed that RS 034 can directly act on the membrane structure of Ehrlich ascites carcinoma cells, and even can seriously damage the tumor cells. The rapid and long-lasting effects may be one of the mechanisms of the anti-tumor effects of RS 034.
