编辑同志:我是一家服装设计公司的设计师。由于收入不是很高,而又需要钱还房贷,遂想利用每天上班7小时以外的时间及周六、周日去做兼职。于是便私下与一家窗帘制作销售中心签订了为期一年的用工合同,负责家庭窗帘的设计。一个月前,公司发现了我的兼职行为,并要求我终止与该中心的用工合同。而我坚持认为自己的兼职对公司的工作并没有造成任何影响,故而不同意终止兼职。不料,公司却以此为由要解除我的劳动关系。请问,公司的做法对吗?
