目的了解鸡卵壳粉中主要成分的含量。方法选用普通鸡蛋壳经处理制成生、熟卵壳粉,对自制生、熟鸡卵壳粉分别进行钙、氨基酸含量的测定,并对经人工胃、肠液处理过的生、熟鸡卵壳粉进行钙和氨基酸含量的测定,并与经人工胃、肠液处理过的葡萄糖酸钙、碳酸钙、乳酸钙的钙含量进行比较。结果 1 g生蛋壳中含钙331 mg,含氨基酸65.2 mg,1 g熟蛋壳中含钙316 mg,含氨基酸5.1 mg。生卵壳粉和熟卵壳粉经人工胃肠液消化后的总钙量和碳酸钙分别与葡萄糖酸钙、乳酸钙之间差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。生、熟卵壳粉经人工胃液、肠液消化后氨基酸总含量结果分别为9.314和9.151 mg/g。结论鸡卵壳粉是一种含有氨基酸和钙的有机物,具有钙含量高的特点。
Objective To understand the content of major components in chicken eggshell powder. Methods The raw eggshell and cooked egg shell powder were made by ordinary eggshell and the contents of calcium and amino acids were measured respectively. Powder calcium and amino acid content determination, and with the artificial stomach, intestinal processing of calcium gluconate, calcium carbonate, calcium lactate calcium content comparison. Results 1 g raw shell contains 331 mg of calcium and 65.2 mg of amino acids, while 1 g of cooked eggshell contains 316 mg of calcium and 5.1 mg of amino acids. The differences of total calcium and calcium carbonate between artificial shellworm powder and cooked egg shell powder after digestion by artificial gastrointestinal juice and calcium gluconate and calcium lactate were statistically significant (all P <0.01). The total amino acid contents of raw and cooked egg shell powder after digestion by artificial gastric juice and intestinal juice were 9.314 and 9.151 mg / g, respectively. Conclusion Egg shell powder is an organic substance containing amino acids and calcium, with high calcium content.
