本文观察了1041例二维超声心动图(TDE),并将其结果与临床诊断进行比较。其中瓣膜病的TDE诊断与临床诊断符合率高达94.6％;其他心脏病患者诊断符合率为51.5％;在临床不能确定心脏病性质的病例中,有77.7％病例可用TDE确诊;在临床待排除心脏病的病例中,也有据此确定为心脏病者。本文对上述结果作了简短的讨论。
In this paper, 1041 cases of two-dimensional echocardiography (TDE) were observed, and the results were compared with the clinical diagnosis. The coincidence rate of TDE diagnosis and clinical diagnosis of valvular disease was as high as 94.6%. The diagnostic coincidence rate of other heart disease patients was 51.5%. Among the cases of clinically indeterminate heart disease, 77.7% of cases were diagnosed by TDE. Disease cases, there are also identified as heart disease. This article gives a brief discussion of the above results.
