大渡河铜街子水电站是我国能源建设重点项目之一,装机60万千瓦。是以发电为主、兼顾漂木、灌溉和改善通航条件等综合利用的水利枢纽。经过半年准备在一期工程完建时,于1986年11月11日主河道提前19天截流成功。 本工程利用上游围堰的下游侧排水堆石体作为截流进占戗堤。戗堤总长160米,预进占段和龙口段各长80米,顶宽22米。龙口位置设在河床左岸,自右向左采用单戗堤单向立堵法截流。针对河床覆盖层深、纵向坡度大和上游龚咀水电站调峰运行增大了河道枯水期瞬时流量等特点,拟定三个截流措施:(一)龙口护底;(二)先明渠分流,再戗堤进占;(三)合龙阶段,利用龚咀水库调蓄限流。计划于11月29日开始,48小时内龙口断流。
Daduhe Tongjiezi Hydropower Station is one of the key projects of China’s energy construction with a installed capacity of 600,000 kilowatts. It is a hydroelectric project that takes power generation as its main task and gives full play to the utilization of flooding, irrigation and improvement of navigation conditions. After six months of preparation for the completion of the first phase of the project, the river was successfully closed 19 days earlier on November 11, 1986. The project uses the upstream side cofferdam downstream drainage rockfill as a closure into the embankment. Di embankment total length of 160 meters, the pre-occupation section and Longkou section of 80 meters long, 22 meters wide top. Longkou located on the left bank of the riverbed, from right to left with a single embankment one-way legislation plugging closure. In view of the characteristics of deep bed cover, large longitudinal slope, and upstream peaking of Gongzui Hydropower Station, the instantaneous flow rate in the dry season of the river channel is increased. Three interception measures are proposed: (1) Longkou bottom; (2) ; (C) Closure phase, the use of Gongzui reservoir storage and current limiting. Scheduled on November 29, 48 hours Longkou cut-off.
