南京信息职业技术学院软件技术专业在人才培养过程中,通过校企联合项目研发和降低企业人才培训成本、搭建校企联合研发中心,实现校企双赢和协同培养,逐步形成独具特色的基于“虚拟公司”的人才培养模式。该人才培养模式在基于企业职能的课程体系、项目教学、资源融合、师资队伍建设、基于企业职能的个性化人才培养等项目建设中取得了突破性进展,人才培养效果显著,形成了一定的专业优势。
