该办法的制定,是为了规范政府采购协议供货供应商行为,健全政府采购监督管理体系,强化政府采购售后服务监管。该办法也适用于对政府采购协议供货供应商进行跟踪考评与监督。
The formulation of this measure is to standardize the suppliers of government procurement agreement supplier behavior, improve the government procurement supervision and management system, and strengthen supervision of government procurement and after-sales service. This measure is also applicable to the follow-up evaluation and supervision of supplier of government procurement agreement.
