现如今是创新的时代,创新是引领发展的第一动力,在十八届五中全会上更是将创新放在国家发展全局的核心位置上。可见,创新在如今的新形势下尤为重要。企业要发展,关键在于创新。将创新贯穿于企业的始终,才会使企业在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。在企业日常工作中,经济管理是维持企业良好运行的重要环节。企业发展的目的是获得利润,从而创造更多的价值。而经济管理正是对企业成本和资金的有效控制和利用,能够使企业在正常的经济轨道上运行。但从目前形势来看,受主客观因素的影响,企业经济管理中存在着多种问题,不利于企业正常的运转。因而,本文就新形势下企业经济管理中存在的问题进行论述,并提出有效的创新措施,供借鉴。
Today is an era of innovation. Innovation is the primary driving force for development. At the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, innovation was placed at the heart of the country’s overall development. It can be seen that innovation is particularly important in today’s new situation. The key to business development is innovation. Innovating throughout the company will only make the company invincible in the fierce competition. In the daily work of an enterprise, economic management is an important part of maintaining a good operation of the enterprise. The purpose of business development is to obtain profits and create more value. Economic management is the effective control and utilization of corporate costs and funds, enabling companies to operate on the normal economic track. However, judging from the current situation, subject to the objective and objective factors, there are many problems in the economic management of enterprises, which is not conducive to the normal operation of the enterprise. Therefore, this article discusses the problems existing in the enterprise economic management under the new situation and puts forward effective innovation measures for reference.
